What do people think about MBT shoes? Different people have different opinions.MBT trainers seem like an unlikely item of footwear to catch the imagination of the young and trendy. With their thick, curved sole and sensible wide straps, they look like the sort of thing you need to wear if one of your legs is shorter than the other. That would solve such problem if you wear on MBT shoes. A group of people, who love MBT shoes, are workers who need to keep walking most of time. If they wear normal shoes walking all the time, they will feel back and joint pain and couldn’t walk a litter longer any more. But if they wear MBT shoes, the situation are totally different. They feel their feet are powerful and never feel tired even though they walking a long time. So they can finish their work effectively.Another group of people is athletes who like climbing and running and so on. Discount MBT shoes will activate neglected muscles, improve your posture and gait, tone and shape your body, ease back, hip, leg and foot problems and help with joint, muscle, ligament and tendon injuries.

I’m up for anything that will make it easier for me to exercise harder and burn more calories with minimal effort so I’ve been following this debate for a good 18 months now and I started with a pair of
Fit Flops which didn’t do anything for me, I didn’t see or feel any difference apart from that they were quite comfy. I don’t know if anyone else has had this problem?
Obviously this has admittedly made me quite cynical as Fit Flops are quite pricey, so I’ve been dubious when hearing and trying other so-called diet shoes but I persevered and I have found that Skechers Shape Ups and Tone Ups both really work the legs and bum while being so comfortable that I can wear them for hours so I can tone for longer.
The Reebok Trainers are also great becuase they look just like “normal” trainers so you can wear them in public without having people staring at your feet. Although Reebok EasyTone do take a bit of getting used to, I found I was walking on the sides of my feet to begin with so you have to make an effort at first to walk properly but this becomes second nature after a few days, you can feel the effort you’re putting in with them. Also has anyone else found that they are really comfortable to wear?
I got my Skechers Shape Ups and Tone Ups and Reebok EasyTone from http://www.lovethoseshoes.com as they have a lot of information about the claims each brand makes so you can make an informed decision when you buy them.

There are currently over 40 brands of fitness/toning, rocker-sole shoes on the market. While millions are being spent advertising this new footwear category, there is a considerable of confusion about which type of shoe to buy.
Here’s an article, entitled “All About Rocker Sole Shoes”, that may be helpful:
