So, you’re completing your regular workout routine at home, on your exhausting stair-stepping machine, when you realize that you’ve been working on this machine for two straight months everyday for an hour and you still haven’t gotten the results you’ve wanted. Here, you’ve got two problems. One, all that’s happening is stairs, what about the rest of your body and the other core muscles that need to be utilized. With a machine like that, you’re only using your calves. In Texas, getting in shape is a wonderful thing. You may also want to consider a fat camp or fat farm in the area. But if you would prefer stay close to home, then personal training is like a whole new training experience. Personal training can get you from “okay” to a “WOW!” in no time at all. You just have to be dedicated.
