I am always being asked for the # 1fast fat loss tip and I always get excited when this topic is brought up because it is one of my much loved subjects for discussion. Folks just do not seem to realize that there are many to choose from and my investigations has always lead me to believe that it is not just one fast fat loss tip to get you to where you want to be but a combination of all five.

Restrict the amount of kilojoules that you eat per day, it is common sense really, you need to eat less calories than your energy output. Whatever you do be level-headed, you do not want to starve yourself, otherwise your body will go into self survival mode and you will end up with the opposite effect of what you yearn for.

Jogging is in my opinion the king of fast weight loss, notice I did not say running, a steady pace is best here for burning fat and preventing injuries. Remember if you injure yourself you will not be able to continue your exercise regime. Go jogging 4 to 5 times per week and try to jog for about 40 minutes. The pounds will disolve off you, as stated before you will not win any prizes by going out there and trying to beat your time as this will only be counter productive.
Fast weight loss tip number three
Lift weights, you will tone your body, strip away fat and increase your lean body mass. Most people do not realize that the more muscle mass you have the more fat you will burn, even at rest folks. Is that good or is that terrific. There is not much point losing all that weight and still looking soft and saggy. You will not put on lots of muscle and look like a bodybuilder unless you decide to inject yourself with copious quantities of steroids and live in the gym. What will happen though is you will look and feel even better.
Fast weight loss tip number four
Drink plenty of fresh filtered water, we are made up mainly off H2O so it makes sense just to be healthy alone. By consuming plenty of water you will help flush toxins and unwanted weight. You will gain more energy and be less tired, you will be clear thinking, have lovely skin and assist your body in transforming.
Fast weight loss tip number five
Be consistent, never give up and do not miss a scheduled workout session, once you start to get into the swing of things you will end up forming a great exercise habit. You will then start to look forward to your ‘me time’ and you will even become touchy if you are delayed or are forced to miss a scheduled workout. This may seem bizarre to you now, but if you are consistent you will be surprised. You see when we exercise we produce endorphins which is a natural feel good drug that our bodies make after exercise.
