An exercise circuit will include a specific number of sets and repetitions.
There are certain weight routine to be followed such as three repetition of flat bench press, two repetition of bench dumbbell and three repetition of inclined bench press is a set of weight routine for chest similarly there are other exercise programs for the body.
If you really want to gain muscles you must follow a certain routine.
A routine is the best way to manage your weight lifting program.
The program is designed to spread the exercises out, to avoid putting excess stress on one set of muscles.

Don’t lift more weights than your limit especially if you don’t have any spotter because it can end your lifting career.

The technique mainly used for developing biceps is to hold and grip up close to the inside of the dumbbell plates.
When properly done several inches should be between the pinky finger and the side plates.
Chest exercises, including the bench press, Incline bench press, Flat dumbbell flyes and inclined dumbbell flyes.

There are several exercises used to work the back muscles seated cable rowand bent over one-arm dumbbells to name a few.
Bicep can be worked by doing standing barbell curls, preacher curl with dumbbell, seated or standing dumbbell curls.
Some good exercises for the triceps are the triceps press down,dips and french press.

Squats and clave raises exercises are for legs.
The most crucial body part involved in lifting weights is the shoulders; work on your shoulders using seated or standing militarty press, lateral raises and by shrugs.
If you want to help your body to gain muscle mass you must perform exercises on a regular basis.
For some reason, how to transform the abs into a six pack seems to be the most confusing issue.
The answer is very simple, the only way to get your abs is to lower your body fat.
The mid-drift is one of the last places to loose excess fat, and sadly this is a common place for build up in men.

Although push-ups will tone up your stomach muscles, they do not burn fat.
This would rather be advised in a typical weight gain program.
Lower your overall body fat and your abs will be visible.
